Our Story

SummerSkyz was founded with a clear vision: to make professional-quality helicopter services accessible, exciting, and personal. What started as a small operation serving local aviation enthusiasts has grown into one of Chicagoland’s most trusted helicopter companies, offering a wide range of services including tours, training, event aerial drops, gender reveals, agricultural flights, and more.



Our location at 3259 Glenwood Lansing Road in Lynwood, Illinois provides convenient access for residents of Chicago, Northwest Indiana, and the surrounding suburbs — making it easy to book an adventure or begin your flight training journey.
